Photography assignments are commissioned in Tampa Bay, throughout the United States, in Paris and across Europe, or at client locations internationally, subject to scheduling and project requirements.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO Photography work with both individuals and companies?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO works with individual executives, entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, and private clients, as well as corporations, professional services firms, communications teams, marketing departments, and other organizations.

Assignments range from individual portrait sessions to coordinated leadership team photography, corporate headshot programs, and comprehensive visual brand libraries.

What is the difference between a headshot, an executive portrait, and professional brand photography?

A headshot is generally a focused portrait used for professional identification, such as LinkedIn profiles, corporate directories, and company websites.

An executive portrait places greater emphasis on the individual's role, leadership presence, and professional positioning. It may involve more extensive direction, wardrobe choices, backgrounds, and lighting approaches.

These services can overlap. We recommend the approach that best serves the intended application rather than treating every photography requirement as the same product.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO photograph executive teams and larger organizational teams?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO photographs leadership teams, departments, and larger organizations.

Corporate assignments include advance planning, a consistent visual approach, coordinated individual sessions, and delivery organized around the agreed project requirements.

For larger programs, we establish the scope, locations, schedule, production requirements, deliverables, and licensing terms in advance.

Can DAVIDSAGGIO create a visual brand library for ongoing Corp Comm and executive use?

Yes. A visual brand library is designed to provide a useful collection of professional images rather than a single portrait or a small set of headshots.

Depending on the brief, the assignment may include executive portraits, environmental portraits, working situations, and other agreed imagery. The objective is to provide a collection suited to the client's communications and business requirements.

The planned deliverables, image count, production arrangements, and permitted uses are defined in the project proposal.

3. Preparation, Photography, and Retouching

How should I prepare for a photography session?

Preparation depends on the type of session and its intended use. During the pre-shoot consultation, the studio will discuss wardrobe, background choices, professional objectives, intended audiences, location, and the visual direction appropriate to your role or brand.

For broader personal brand assignments and corporate projects, preparation may also involve a creative brief, production planning, location coordination, and agreement on the required imagery.

You will receive guidance appropriate to your confirmed session or project.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO provide direction during a session?

Yes. Professional direction is an integral part of the process. DAVIDSAGGIO provides guidance on posture, expression, positioning, and other photographic considerations to help produce images appropriate to the individual and the intended application. Clients do not need to arrive with professional modeling experience.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO edit and retouch the photographs?

Yes. Every final selected image receives professional post-production and individual, hand retouching. The studio does not “AI,” alter, or manipulate your photographs.

Each image is carefully refined to achieve a polished, professional result while preserving the subject's authentic appearance and the integrity of the original photograph. The level of retouching is appropriate to the assignment and the agreed deliverables.

DAVIDSAGGIO’s approach prioritizes craftsmanship, precision, and a natural result—not automated processing or artificial alteration.

What is the difference between editing and retouching?

Editing involves selecting the strongest images and making photographic adjustments to exposure, color, contrast, and tonal balance to achieve a consistent, finished look.

Hand retouching is the detailed, image-by-image refinement of the final photograph. This may include removing temporary blemishes, refining skin, correcting minor distractions, and addressing other details that affect the final image.

Retouching is performed manually, with attention to the individual subject and photograph. The objective is to deliver refined, publication-ready imagery that maintains the subject's identity and authentic appearance.

Can I request additional retouching?

With 30 years of experience and thousands of images produced, DAVIDSAGGIO is confident in evaluating and determining the appropriate level of hand retouching for each photograph, guided by 30 years of professional judgment and the standards of the final image.

DAVIDSAGGIO’s approach is to refine, not reinvent. He does not alter a subject’s appearance to make them look younger, thinner, or fundamentally different from who they are. The objective is a polished, authentic portrait that represents you at your best while preserving your identity.

All retouching is performed by hand.

Can you change my appearance or substantially alter a photograph?

The purpose of professional portraiture is to present an individual appropriately, not to create a different person.

We can discuss reasonable photographic refinements within the agreed retouching scope. Requests for substantial changes to physical appearance or alterations that misrepresent the subject will not be accepted.

AI-based alteration and manipulation of delivered imagery are expressly prohibited under our image-use policy.

How many photographs will I receive, and when?

The number of final images depends on the session or project selected and will be specified in the booking confirmation, proposal, or client agreement.

Delivery timelines also depend on the scope of the assignment, image selection, retouching requirements, and any agreed review process. These are generally 5-7 working days. Rush services are available for a separate fee.

The applicable delivery schedule will be communicated as part of the booking or project arrangements.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO provide RAW files or unretouched photographs?

No. RAW files, working files, and unretouched photographs are never provided. Every delivered image represents the finished work of DAVIDSAGGIO Photography, incorporating 30 years of experience, technical expertise, and an established approach to editing and hand retouching.

Post-production is an integral part of the creative process and the final result. It is inseparable from the photographic work and the professional standard client’s commission.

4. International and Corporate Capabilities

Does DAVIDSAGGIO work with companies operating across the United States and Europe?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography operates across the United States and Europe, supported by a U.S. LLC and a French SARL, with established financial, banking, and insurance infrastructure in both markets.

This enables DAVIDSAGGIO to work directly with companies, executives, and organizations in both regions, accommodating their operational and administrative requirements alongside their photography needs.

From Tampa to Paris and beyond, the studio coordinates assignments across locations while maintaining a consistent photographic approach, direct communication, and a single accountable relationship throughout the engagement.

Can DAVIDSAGGIO contract and invoice through a U.S. or European business entity?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography maintains business entities in the United States and France, allowing the appropriate entity to contract and invoice for an assignment according to the engagement, client requirements, and applicable legal and tax considerations.

We also maintain banking capabilities in both markets, supporting financial arrangements for U.S. and European clients. The applicable contracting entity, invoicing details, currency, and payment terms are established as part of the project proposal and agreement.

This infrastructure allows DAVIDSAGGIO to work with clients across both markets without treating international business as an exception to our operations.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO photograph executives on-location at our offices?

Yes. On-location photography can be scheduled at corporate offices, other professional environments, and suitable external locations.

The production approach will depend on the number of subjects, available space, lighting conditions, schedule, and the visual consistency required.

Location, equipment, travel, and any additional production costs will be addressed in the project proposal.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO coordinate photography across multiple locations in the U.S. or worldwide?

Yes. Multi-location assignments can be planned according to the client's schedule, geographic requirements, and visual objectives.

For organizations with teams in different offices or countries, we can discuss a coordinated approach to maintaining a consistent visual direction.

The final scope will specify the locations, production arrangements, deliverables, and any travel or additional expenses.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO accommodate corporate communications and public relations requirements?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO understands and works with the needs of corporate communications, public relations, marketing, executive offices, and other stakeholders in mind. We can establish the intended applications, image requirements, production priorities, and delivery specifications before photography begins.

This helps ensure that the resulting imagery is appropriate for the organization's intended communications and professional representation.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO provide photography for publications and commercial use?

Yes, subject to the agreed project scope and image licensing terms. Licensing and usage rights fees apply and are based on usage, geography, publication sizes, etc.

Editorial, corporate communications, public relations, advertising, and other commercial applications can have different usage requirements. These should be identified before the assignment so that the appropriate license can be established.

5. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations

How is a session booked or project started?

Begin by contacting DAVIDSAGGIO Photography through the website's contact form or request/schedule a complimentary consultation, or email.

Please include the type of photography required, your preferred dates, location, and intended use of the images. For corporate projects, include the approximate number of people involved and any important scheduling or delivery requirements.

A consultation and planning session will then be scheduled to map all details and requirements. Once the scope is understood, the applicable proposal, pricing, scheduling arrangements, and booking requirements will be provided.

A project and/or associated dates are only confirmed when the required booking steps have been completed and confirmation has been issued.

What is the timeline and how far in advance should a session be booked?

DAVIDSAGGIO Photography accepts a limited number of commissions to ensure every client receives the preparation, attention, and craftsmanship their project deserves. Each engagement requires a considered approach, from understanding your objectives and brand to developing the appropriate photographic direction and refining the final images.

Availability is therefore intentionally limited. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly for executive schedules, leadership teams, corporate assignments, and projects involving multiple locations or international coordination.

Contact the studio as early as possible to discuss your requirements and secure your preferred dates.

Can a session or project be rescheduled?

Rescheduling requests are considered based on availability and the circumstances of the request. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography accepts a finite number of projects and executive commissions to maintain the focus, preparation, and quality each assignment demands.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and any changes must be agreed upon by the studio in writing. Additional fees may apply where a change affects production arrangements or incurs additional costs.

Can a session or project be canceled?

Once a commission is confirmed and the required deposit has been received, time and resources are committed to your project - all other work for that time period is declined to accommodate it.

For this reason, cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit. Any remaining payment obligations, cancellation charges, and treatment of expenses already incurred are also due to DAVIDSAGGIO Photography.

Are deposits refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable.

DAVIDSAGGIO Photography accepts a limited number of commissions to ensure each client receives the necessary preparation, attention, and quality of work. Once a contract is signed and the deposit is received, the date and resources are committed to your project, and other client opportunities are declined.

The deposit reserves that commitment and compensates for the allocation of time and availability. It is therefore non-refundable in the event of client cancellation.

What happens in the event of bad weather or an unforeseen circumstances?

If weather, illness, travel disruption, a location issue, or another unforeseen circumstance affects an assignment, the studio will communicate with the client to discuss available alternatives.

Rescheduling, additional costs, and other arrangements depend on the circumstances of the particular project.

For outdoor or location-dependent projects, contingency arrangements will be discussed during planning.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Business Arrangements

How much does a photography session cost?

Pricing depends on the session, project, scope, preparation, production requirements, number of participants, final deliverables, and intended image usage.

An individual executive portrait session differs from a full-day personal brand assignment or a multi-executive corporate project. Commercial licensing, travel, additional production, and specialized requirements may also affect the total investment.

A proposal from the studio will specify the applicable fees and included deliverables. To discuss your project and needs, please schedule a complimentary consultation.

What is included in the quoted price?

The proposal or service description will identify the included photography, preparation, number of final images, post-production, delivery arrangements, and other applicable services.

Additional retouching, extra images, travel, external production, expanded licensing, or work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

What payment methods does DAVIDSAGGIO accept?

Accepted payment methods and payment instructions will be provided during booking or included in the invoice. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography has the financial systems in place to work with individuals as well as large-scale procurement teams.

Online payment and booking options may be available where applicable. For corporate engagements, payment arrangements will be established according to the approved proposal and invoicing requirements.

When are the payment schedules?

Payment schedules depend on the session or project and the nature of the assignment. At a minimum, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold dates.

Individual sessions have booking-payment requirements, while corporate and multi-location projects may follow a schedule established in the proposal or client agreement.

The applicable amount, due dates, and any advance payment requirements will be communicated before the engagement is confirmed.

Do you work with corporate purchase orders and accounts payable departments?

Yes. Corporate payment and procurement requirements are discussed during project planning.

Please communicate any purchase-order requirements, vendor onboarding procedures, invoice specifications, payment terms, or other administrative requirements before the project is confirmed.

These arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. The invoice will reflect the agreed charges and applicable billing details. Any required business identification, tax information, or other documentation will be discussed before invoicing where relevant.

What are DAVIDSAGGIO Photography's legal business entities?

DAVIDSAGGIO Photography is the professional business and brand name of the studio. Depending on the engagement and the applicable business arrangements, the contracting and invoicing entity may be DAVIDSAGGIO’s United States limited liability company (LLC) or the French société à responsabilité limitée (SARL).

The legal entity responsible for a particular engagement will be identified in the applicable proposal, contract, or invoice. The relevant entity's legal name and details should be used for contractual and payment purposes.

An LLC and a SARL are distinct legal forms established under different national legal systems. They should not be treated as interchangeable entities, and the applicable contracting entity should always be verified in the project documentation.

Can you invoice a company in another country outside of the U.S.?

International invoicing can be accommodated where the engagement and applicable business arrangements permit it. This can be a separate international company or an international office within a global enterprise.

Before confirming a project, please provide the client's legal billing name, registered billing address, relevant tax or VAT information, purchase-order requirements, and preferred payment arrangements. The contracting entity, invoice currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms will be addressed according to the engagement and relevant legal requirements.

Are travel and other expenses included?

Travel, accommodation, location rental, specialized equipment, assistants, hair and makeup, and other production expenses depend on the assignment.

Where applicable, these expenses will be identified in the proposal or agreed separately before they are incurred.

7. Copyright, Image Licensing, and AI Restrictions

Who owns the copyright to the photographs?

Copyright in photographs created by DAVIDSAGGIO Photography remains with the photographer or applicable rights holder unless ownership is expressly transferred through a written agreement.

Payment for a photography session does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership.

Clients receive the rights to use the final images specified in their applicable license or agreement. The permitted uses, restrictions, duration, territory, and any additional licensing requirements depend on the agreed terms and applicable law.

Can I use the photographs on LinkedIn, my website, and social media?

In general, yes. Permitted use depends on the license associated with your assignment.

Professional profile photographs and other images are licensed for specified personal or professional uses. Corporate communications, advertising, publication, third-party distribution, and broader commercial applications may require different or additional licensing.

The studio will identify your intended uses before booking so that the appropriate terms can be established.

Can my company use the photographs for marketing and communications?

Yes, where those uses are covered by the agreed license. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography provides standard and custom usage rights options and fee structures.

Corporate websites, executive biographies, internal communications, public relations, social media, recruitment materials, and other applications will be addressed when defining the project scope.

Advertising, extensive redistribution, use by affiliates, or other expanded applications should be expressly addressed in the licensing agreement rather than assumed to be included. Separate usage rights fees are calculated and applied depending upon the project.

Can I sell, transfer, or give the photographs to another company?

No. Images may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, or provided for independent use by third parties unless that use is authorized under the applicable license or a separate written agreement with DAVIDSAGGIO Photography.

If an agency, publisher, affiliate, client, or other third party needs to use the images, please contact the studio so that requirement so the appropriate permissions, attribution, and usage fees can be established.

Can I alter the photographs myself or have another company retouch them?

No. Unauthorized retouching, compositing, substantial alteration, or manipulation that changes the delivered imagery is not permitted. Requests for additional work should be directed to DAVIDSAGGIO Photography.

AI-based alteration and manipulation are absolutely prohibited as set out below.

Can the photographs be uploaded to an AI platform and/or used to train AI models?

No. Client imagery may not be used for AI training, learning, or model development, and may not be uploaded to AI platforms for AI processing or manipulation.

The following are absolutely prohibited:

  • Using photographs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop AI or machine-learning systems.

  • Incorporating photographs into AI training datasets or other AI-related data collections.

  • Uploading or submitting photographs to generative AI platforms, image-generation systems, or AI editing tools for processing.

  • Using AI to alter, retouch, regenerate, reconstruct, replace, extend, or otherwise manipulate any part of the delivered imagery.

  • Authorizing a third party to undertake any of these activities on the client's behalf.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the intended use is commercial, personal, internal, or experimental, and regardless of whether the platform describes its processing as training, enhancement, editing, or another function.

Clients requiring additional image processing should contact DAVIDSAGGIO Photography to discuss an appropriate non-AI workflow.

The detailed and enforceable terms governing image use are set out in the applicable client agreement and license.

Does DAVIDSAGGIO Photography use photographs for its portfolio and marketing?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography reserves the right to use selected images for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, at its discretion. Clients who require their images to remain confidential or prohibit their use for portfolio and promotional purposes must expressly request non-use before the engagement is confirmed. A non-use fee applies and must be agreed upon as part of the commission.

Any additional confidentiality requirements, embargoes, or restrictions must be agreed upon in writing before the assignment.

8. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Communication

How is my personal information handled?

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information about data collection, use, retention, and applicable rights.

Can you accommodate confidential executive or corporate assignments?

Yes. DAVIDSAGGIO Photography fully understands the need for executive and organizational confidentiality. These requirements can be discussed before the assignment.

Please identify any restrictions concerning unpublished corporate information, executive identities, sensitive locations, embargoes, internal communications, or the public release of images.

Any required confidentiality commitments should be documented in the applicable agreement or a separate written arrangement.

No photograph or other creative work displayed on this website may be:

  • used to train, develop, test, fine-tune, validate, or otherwise contribute to an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system;

  • submitted to, uploaded to, or processed by a generative AI, image-generation, image-editing, or similar AI service;

  • used as a reference, source image, training image, dataset, prompt input, or other input for the creation of AI-generated or AI-assisted content;

  • altered, retouched, manipulated, composited, reconstructed, or otherwise modified using artificial intelligence or machine-learning technology; or

  • used to create derivative works through AI or other automated image-generation or image-manipulation technologies.

No license or permission is granted for any such use, whether commercial or non-commercial, and whether the use is direct or indirect.

Any authorized use of an image remains subject to the specific written terms granted by DAVIDSAGGIO Photography. Permission to use an image does not include permission to alter or manipulate that image using AI or machine-learning technology.
