What to Expect


Each session is 15 minutes, photographed in-studio using a consistent, professionally designed lighting setup. You will be guided throughout the session to ensure you look natural, composed, and confident. The result: a portrait that marks your moment.

 

Timing & Preparation

 

  • Sessions are brief and run on schedule.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session and ready to photograph

  • Have hair, makeup, and wardrobe prepared and ready

  • Late arrivals may result in cancellation / no refunds

  • This structure ensures a smooth experience for all participants.

 

Final Deliverables

 

  • Two (2) final images, professionally retouched, and delivered securely and digitally​​

FAQ

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE/ FULL PAYMENT

 

Due to the limited availability of sessions, your full payment reserves your headshot session and is non-refundable. 

 

To secure selected dates, CLIENT agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of one hundred (100%) percent (€235.00), when booking online, to retain PHOTOGRAPHER for their 15 minute session. 

 

CLIENT understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER is foregoing other employment by entering into this Agreement to secure the CLIENT’s session date/time on the PHOTOGRAPHER’s calendar, and therefore, also agrees and understands that the paid fee is non-refundable.

 

Due to the custom nature of custom headshot and commercial photography, digital files cannot be returned and all money paid is non-refundable. 

 

LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW / CANCELLATION

 

The schedule for this American University of Paris offering is designed to accommodate a high volume of CLIENTS and is based on PHOTOGRAPHER past experience. 

 

If a CLIENT is late for their scheduled booking session, do not show up for the booking session, and/or try to cancel their session after booking, they forfeit their time slot and session fee. 

 

At the discretion of the PHOTOGRAPHER the schedule may be adjusted to accommodate extenuating circumstances, but rescheduling is in no way guaranteed. Under no circumstance will late arrivals or no shows receive a refund.

 

MINIMUM NUMBER OF SESSIONS

 

A minimum number of sessions are required to be scheduled by the end of day 14 April 2026. If the minimum number of sessions is not met, all sessions will be canceled, and refunds will be issued. This is the only circumstance for any refunds.
