My studio is purposefully designed to handle one-on-one and small group sessions.
My mobile studio replicates and deliverers the same in-studio quality I am known for. On-site sessions happen at your selected location - your offices, event site, conference room, etc. We coordinate directly with your POC or facilities team on room selection, power access, and timing, etc.

Consistency is established during pre-production, not during the shoot. Before photographing any executive, I establish image specifications and overall visual approach. That framework is maintained throughout the production while each executive receives individual attention. For international engagements, the same photographic standard is carried across offices and locations.

Pricing is based on the production requirements rather than simply a per-person headshot rate. The proposal considers the number of executives, locations, production days, travel, on-site requirements, intended usage, and deliverables. Teams can be photographed in half-day or full-day productions, with additional executives or locations incorporated into the scope. For organizations with recurring requirements, annual retainers are available.

A leadership engagement can be planned as a single production in Tampa or structured across multiple U.S. and European locations.
With established operations in both the U.S. and France, I can manage international assignments directly rather than requiring a separate photographer in each market.

Yes. I personally photograph every executive. There is no handoff to associate photographers. This is particularly important because visual consistency of leadership - direction, judgment, and standards are applied to every individual - is key to creating your competitive advantage.

One coordinator on your side — typically the chief of staff, EA, or comms lead for the organization or region — manages executive scheduling against a shared template. The rest of process is seamlessly handled by my studio.
For larger or international engagements, that includes executive sequencing, locations, travel, studio or site requirements, timing, wardrobe guidance, and production coordination.
The project and process is highly organized and time-efficient without compromising the experience or the result.
