Both. Studio sessions take place at my private studio in Tampa, providing maximum control over lighting, background, and consistency for one-on-one and small group sessions.

On-location photography is available larger projects at corporate offices, events, or other appropriate locations when the environment is part of the brief. For larger engagements, I can work across multiple locations while maintaining the same visual standard.

My mobile studio replicates and deliverers the same in-studio quality I am know for.

Before I photograph you, I want to understand what the image needs to accomplish. My approach draws on brand strategy and communications — your role, audience, positioning, platforms, competitive environment, and where the images will be used.

That information informs the photography. For a single executive portrait, it may determine the expression, wardrobe, lighting, and composition. For a larger brand session, it can determine locations, situations, looks, and the range of imagery required.

Yes. I photograph the work myself. There is no associate photographer or outsourced shooting assigned to your executives. This is important for maintaining consistency in direction, lighting, quality, and visual judgment across individuals, locations, and engagements.

Yes. Final images are personally reviewed and hand-retouched to a commercial standard - by me. Retouching is precise and natural - refining the image without changing the person. Standard executive portrait commissions include fully retouched final images; larger or more complex commercial retouching requirements are scoped separately.

My studio manages the photography production from pre-production through delivery. Once the scope is established, we coordinate the schedule, session sequence, locations, timing, and requirements with your designated contact - whether that is Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, an Executive Assistant, HR, or an agency. For multiple executives, the schedule is structured to be efficient without making the photography feel rushed.

Photography is commissioned based on the brief rather than simply by the hour. Scope, number of executives, locations, production requirements, intended usage, and deliverables determine the fee. For leadership teams and larger corporate engagements, I provide a defined production scope and proposal in advance. Annual retainers are also available for organizations with ongoing executive photography requirements.
