2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, photographic works, images, videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding, website design, and other materials, is owned by DAVIDSAGGIO PHOTOGRAPHY LLC or is used with permission and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Original photographs are protected by copyright from the time they are created. 5. Client-Delivered Photographs

Any photographs delivered by DAVIDSAGGIO PHOTOGRAPHY LLC to a client remain subject to the terms, ownership provisions, copyright provisions, and permitted-use restrictions contained in the separate written agreement governing the applicable photography services.

Unless that written agreement expressly provides otherwise, the client may not use artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, or any automated image-generation or image-manipulation technology to alter, modify, regenerate, enhance, retouch, reconstruct, transform, or otherwise manipulate any final photograph delivered by DAVIDSAGGIO PHOTOGRAPHY LLC.

The client may not upload, submit, or provide any delivered photograph to an AI service or platform for processing, analysis, alteration, generation, training, learning, dataset creation, or any other AI-related purpose without DAVIDSAGGIO PHOTOGRAPHY LLC 's prior express written authorization.

6. Disclaimer

The materials and information on this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DAVIDSAGGIO PHOTOGRAPHY LLC disclaims warranties, express or implied, concerning the website and its content, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
